VICTORIA GONZALES
FOUNDER + CEO
A creative brand builder, and driven digital marketing strategist working from the heart of Downtown San Diego, Victoria prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring that they can trust she will always show up for their visions, goals, and projects in any way.

Victoria started her career at only 17 in a glass-wall office with “V. Gonzales – Social Media Manager” printed on the door where she attended and documented fashion shows, powerhouse brand collaborations, and day-to-day student life at one of the top 10 best fashion schools in the country, FIDM. Her passion for fashion and marketing continued when she became the Online Marketing Assistant for fast-fashion icon, No Rest For Bridget, and assisted in creative directing photoshoots, collaborations, and out-of-the-box campaigns. Through her own lifestyle blog she built, “The VG Factor”, and her growing career in digital marketing, Victoria soon realized that digital branding and marketing was the path for her and she wanted zero caps; thus opening her digital marketing career to other industries beyond fashion.
Since that pivotal realization, Victoria has worked on successful marketing strategies in the finance, health and wellness, beauty, baby, food and beverage industries + many more.

Her career highs up to this point include being invited to the golden globes, working on a campaign for Dani Song’s jewelry line, representing a client at a celebrity charity event in Hollywood, being featured on multiple news segments from LA to SD and her latest accomplishment, co-founding Social Elixir Creative where she has partnered with Carly Stein to help bring her clients’ visions into creative and result-driven fruition.
As a graduate from Colorado State University in Communications and Media Studies with a minor in Fashion, Carly found a niche for transforming modern trends into a strong digital presence. Soon after starting her career, Carly decided it was time to truly embrace the term “millenial” and merge it with her eye for unique design aesthetics, brand strategies, and elevated creativity.

With her fashion background, Carly considers herself the digital Stacy London of “What Not To Brand’ by remodeling outdated businesses into fresh and forward-thinking brand leaders of their industry by finding unique ways to expand exposure, enhance loyalty, and drive professional appeal for continuous sales.

Through her diverse background of Public Relations, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Development, Carly has been one of the original social media experts in various creative agencies since Instagram first arrived 6 years ago. As a result, Carly has developed a strong work ethic of fine-tuning the ever-evolving industry of digital marketing and providing results-driven strategies to elevate client brands
